Nexteria Leadership Academy (NLA) má v tomto čase už viac ako 250 absolventov a absolventiek. Čiže to bolo 3 roky dozadu. Pracujem, mám 30 rokov a snažím sa podnikať. Vytvárame psychologičku, ktorá by fungovala na báze umelej inteligencie a demokratizovala by tak prístup starostlivosti o mentálne zdravie. Rozprávaš sa cez text, neskôr máme ambíciu pridať aj video. Na konci nebude živá psychologička-človek, ale psychologička-umelá inteligencia. Tým, že to nie je človek, tak to vieme robiť oveľa lacnejšie.

Projekt máme v pilotnej fáze, otestovalo ho niekoľko ľudí, čo vyzerá nádejne a ideme ďalej. Napríklad v USA stojí psychológ 100 dolárov na hodinu a nie každý si ho vie dovoliť a hlavne na takých ľudí by sme chceli cieliť. Určite by sme to chceli certifikovať orgánmi ako FDA a zároveň robiť klinické štúdie, že to naozaj reálne funguje, podobne ako keď sa porozprávaš s ľudským psychológom.

Keď som bol s bývalou priateľkou na dovolenke a mali konflikt, vedel som sa pozrieť na to, prečo sme mali konflikty, lebo sme iný typ osobnosti. Ja mám rád voľnejšie veci a ona to potrebovala naplánované.

Preto to bol veľmi intenzívny zážitok, ktorý mi pomohol spoznať samého seba. Bol rozdelený na dve časti, prvá bola o sebapoznaní a druhá viac o vlastnej tímovosti. Radili nám potom, že 2 týždne po tomto pobyte nemáme robiť žiadne zásadne rozhodnutia. No a nepochybne ďalšia hodnota je určite komunita, viem, na koho sa obrátiť, ak budem potrebovať pomôcť a tak sa zvyšuje šanca, že uspejem a vyriešim svoj problém.

V NLA ste študenti a študentky dosť rôznorodí ako komunita, vnímaš to ako benefit?

Čo nás spája, je, že chceme pracovať na sebe a zmeniť svoje okolie a celkovo Slovensko k lepšiemu. U nás bol ročník aj vekovo pestrý od 17 do 25 rokov. Pravidelne sa stretávame, ale teraz skôr one on one, cez alumni meetup, alebo na rôznych eventoch. Bratislava je veľmi malá, čiže ak pôjdeš na pár eventov, tak stretneš polovicu Bratislavy.

Je to Leadership Academy a chcel som vidieť, či patrím medzi lídrov a Nexteria mi pomohla k väčšej pokore. Hľadám ľudí, kde zapadnem. Keď sme boli zo žurnalistiky na káve, tak 2 hodiny sa tam ľudia okolo mňa rozprávali o tom, aké seriály pozerali a ja som ich pozeral veľmi málo. Mal som problém pridať sa do konverzácie. Potom prišla Nexteria a tu sme riešili témy, do ktorých som sa vedel okamžite zapojiť, bol som aktívny a snažil som sa robiť aj rôzne iné veci. Zrazu som mal vo svojom okolí ľudí, s ktorými som sa mohol porozprávať na rôzne témy. Čiže v Nexterii som sa necítil divne za to, že nepozerám seriály. Okrem iného 🙂

Mladí ľudia sa boja toho, že nebudú stíhať. Popri škole či brigáde ešte stíhať aj NLA. Ako to je?

Nikto ťa nebude nútiť sedieť na každom workshope, čiže si to vieš zariadiť. Musíš sa pozrieť do kalendára a povedať si, či vieš aj niečo zo svojho programu obetovať. Či ti to dá väčšiu hodnotu ako to, čo máš v pláne. Či chceš ísť na pizzu, alebo na výlet, alebo radšej na nejaký inšpiratívny workshop. Je to zároveň ako investícia, že sa ti tvoj čas a energia potom vráti. Stážistka na marketingu a zároveň prváčka v NLA Dominika to mala tak, že začala študovať dve školy a popri tom mala aj u nás polovičný úväzok, ešte brigádu a teraz po pol roku zistila, že si chce nechať len NLA a jednu školu.

Veľmi sa mi páčilo, že keď niekto pomohol, nečakal niečo naspäť. Druhá časť líderstva, že na chate sme nepotrebovali robiť rozpis úloh na raňajky a podobne. Každý sa zapojil a nikto sa nepozeral na to, že tamten neupratuje s nami, ale on zas potom s niečím iným pomohol. V Nexterii to nie je len o tom, že sa rozprávame o hodnotách, ale že sa nimi aj snažíme žiť. Stále sme mali hodnotu na každý týždeň, ktorú sme žili. To nie je tak ako v niektorých firmách, že sa vylepia hodnoty na stenu a tam to končí. V NLA sa nimi chceš riadiť.

Zároveň to vytvára pocit bezpečia v tom, že nie je to len táto menšina, ale zároveň keď bude do budúcna ohrozená iná komunita či skupina, viem, že Nexteria sa to bude snažiť riešiť.

Štyria zo šiestich povedali moje meno a ja som si to ani neuvedomoval. Snažím sa zamyslieť aj nad stratégiou a víziou, čo je náš spoločný cieľ a zrealizovať ho.
